Roof & Gutters
Our experience with Pro Home 1 was wonderful from beginning to end. From our initial meeting with Ralph, the presentation and the installation of our roof and gutters, we were treated as though our project was their top priority. We were kept informed throughout the process and are thoroughly pleased with our installation. After the roof installation, done in a single day, the crew took great care in cleaning up our yard. The gutters were made onsite at our home and were expertly installed. Ralph was available for questions and follow up and we've already chosen ProHome 1 for our patio door installation. We'll be back when it's time for our siding and windows to be replaced.

Great experience
We were looking to replace the siding and windows. Ralph impressed us with his thoughtful holistic approach to home improvement and by his communication. He always replied to our phone calls and emails immediately, even at night or on the weekend. We are glad that we chose Pro Home 1. The work was done well and on time. OMG! Pro Home 1 was absolutely AMAZING! Having a complete tear off on my roof was a major big deal for me and Jerry was everything excellent in customer service. He made me feel comfortable from begining to end. The workers were great too...came in and got out in a timely manner.Even Lucy the office manager helped me choose the perfect color for my roof...I just love it! Pro home 1 is unmatched. I am a resident in a town home community with 21 buildings and 94 units. they took on a siding project to remove and replace the existing siding. The board chose all cerainteed products, certastone, certawrap, vynal siding and certainteed pcv trim. Pro home is an authorized installer for certainteed so they will install according to the manufacturers specifications. The talent this company has is unbelievable. They were perfect with every cut and able to navigate around difficult areas such as cables. Homeowners also took advantage of the window replacement offer. The crew was very sincere, genuine, honest and took pride in their own work. One of many things I was impressed with was how well they cleaned up everyday they worked. Another was that my neighbor had tulips in bloom and they did not destroy one of them while installing the siding. This company was able to identify potential hazards and offer sound resolutions to resolve. They end result was that they were like artist that turned our tired looking town homes into looking brand new! I never write reviews but this is the first time i saw people take pride in what they do and treated it as if it was their own house! Out of a 5 star rating they deserve 10 stars. UNMATCHED!
